The Whole Family Wellbeing Programme reports to the Integrated Children’s Service Planning Board and upwards to the Highland Community Planning Partnership Board. Programme Manager led, Locality Co-ordinators work across the nine Community Partnership areas, implementing the programme aims to provide holistic whole family support, readily available across Highland to families that need it.
Under this umbrella comes The Highland Children and Young People’s Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund 2026/27 which opens on Monday 07 September 2026. This fund will support community-based projects that improve the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people (aged 5–24 or 26 if Care Experienced) and their families across Highland. The fund aims to strengthen prevention, early intervention and accessible support within local communities.
